Ghalibaf appointed Iran’s special envoy for China Affairs

According to the available information, Ghalibaf was named as Iran’s Special Envoy for China's Affairs.

Ghalibaf has assumed this responsibility as Iran’s special representative following the president’s proposal and the Leader’s approval.

Previously, this responsibility had been undertaken by former Secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council (SNSC) martyr Ali Larijani and incumbent Iran’s Ambassador to China Abdolreza Rahmani Fazli.
